Hello everyone welcome back today, I'm going to be discussing something really interesting for me which is clubs With the COVID-19 pandemic. I started to miss a lot the campus life because there was where we were able to meet people and get to know everyone better and with the lockdown we couldn't leave the house. So I started to think what can I do to change that And I decided to be part of a club and the club decided to be part of is the leadership club, which is something that I thought it was really interesting to learn better because I always thought about leadership and wanted to learn more about how to be a better leader and I couldn't see a better opportunity than being part of a club with students and different people. In addition to learning how to become a better leader, I always wanted to learn more about marketing, communication in social media as well. So I ran for election of the secretary position which I am doing right now and that makes me responsible for promoting the club with the marketing and communication area. So I am responsible for our instagram page, promoting our club through it and through email. Now with all this being said, I'm going to be showing you guys all the clubs opportunities that we have instant Barbara City College and also give some personal insights on the leadership club, which I am part of now. I'm going to be showing you guys how to search for the clubs available as a number pacific College. We're going to go to website page and click on search. Click on the first link available which is collapsed in a particular city college. We're gonna go to current club list and here we have all the clubs available for the spring semester that we're on. If you want to learn more about a specific club, all you have to do is click on the club you're interested which is for me, the leadership club. It's going to give you all the information needed for the specific club that you want. So now that you guys know how to search for a specific club that you have interested on, I'll be showing you guys might work as the secretary of the leadership club and also provide some insight of what it's like to be part of a club at Santa Barbara City College. First of all, I'm gonna be showing you guys the app that I like the most for making the club's promotion, which it is this one called CAMBA. The reason why I like this, I have so much is because it is very easy to follow and it has many different tools. We have in here the last post that I made for our club meeting, in which we have the date the time and also the guest speaking information now and here we have our instagram page in which I'm always using for making the club's promotion, our meetings, promotion and also to keep the members for the club updated regarding timing and the dates casual for the next meetings. Mhm. Another very important way that I use for promoting our meeting is through our student program advisor by using gmail. She shares the information that I need without the other students at Sina Barbara City College. Here we have an example of one of ours weekly meetings in which everyone has the space to learn and also to share their thoughts.
