Applicant must be a graduating senior of Stevens Point Area Senior High School who has four years of study in any one foreign language from middle and/or high school. Minimum 3.3 GPA and essay required.

Applicant must be a Portage County graduating high school senior who will be attending either the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point or Mid-State Technical College and majoring or minoring in business. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Portage County high school who is entering the medical field. Minimum 2.5 GPA, two references, and essay are required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior of a Portage Country high school with a minimum 3.5 GPA. Involvement in school and civic activities with service and leadership roles must be demonstrated, essay required.

Applicant must be a resident of Portage County who is enrolled in a child care or early childhood education program.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Portage County High School who has been accepted to the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point College of Natural Resources. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior of Stevens Point Area Senior High who has been accepted to the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point or Mid-State Technical College. Minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstration of good citizenship and service required.

Applicant must be a senior at Menomonie High School who is a member of the swim team. Preference will be given to students with ADHD.

Applicant must be a high school senior in Glenwood City or Elmwood who plans to pursue a nursing career or other advanced medical career.

Applicant must be from either Menomonie or Colfax High School who is talented and motivated to further their education.

Applicant must be a full-time student at Viterbo University.
