Applicant must show strong academic performance and exhibit strong leadership skills in their school or community through involvement in clubs, organizations, publications, scouting, church activities, or volunteer work.

Successful applicants have a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1250 and rank highly in their secondary school class. Applicant for admission to the college is a prerequisite for consideration.

Applicant must be outstanding in academics, have very high standardized test scores, and have an exceptional GPA. Only the top-ranking applicant is eligible for this scholarship. Applicant will have to come to campus to compete against other eligible applicants.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.25 GPA and minimum combined SAT score of 1000 (ACT equivalent of 24).

Applicant must be a non-U.S. citizen in good academic standing with a minimum 3.25 GPA and minimum combined SAT score of 1100 (ACT equivalent of 24).

Applicant must be transferring to Hollins from a two-year college.

Applicant must be a high school senior who is enrolled or accepted into an aviation-related program at an accredited college or university. Letter of acceptance, high school transcript, letter of recommendation, and personal statement required.

Applicant must show academic excellence, leadership qualities and participate in community service activities.

Applicant must be a high school senior or undergraduate student with an interest in environmentalism. Minimum 3.3 GPA and 200 to 300-word essay on the following question are required: What does sustainability mean to you?

Applicant must be in interested in history and world civilization
