Applicant must be an international student.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.0 GPA, 60 credit hours, and a documented leadership role held at a previous institution.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and 60 credit hours.

Applicant must be a transfer student holding current membership in Phi Theta Kappa.

Applicant must be a full-time degree-seeking student who is the child of a Washington and Jefferson College graduate.

Applicants must be freshman students at Waynesburg University with a cumulative grade point average of 2.5.

All freshmen students will be considered for this scholarship. Selection is based upon strength of high school curriculum, minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrated leadership qualities, active participation in extracurricular activities, and essay or recommendation letter.

Applicant must be the valedictorian or salutatorian of their high school and have a minimum combined SAT score of 1150 (minimum composite ACT score of 26).
