Applicant must have a minimum combined SAT I score of 850.

Selection is based upon academic potential and financial need.

Applicant must be pursuing a bachelor's or associate's degree at an accredited college or university. Minimum 3.0 GPA and short essays regarding how applicant provided care/support for another individual are required.

Applicant must be a National Merit Finalist, National Achievement Finalist, or National Hispanic Recognition Finalist, or be able to present to the college the official notification of Finalist status.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.75 GPA and a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1320 (composite ACT score of 29), and must be able to demonstrate achievement of exceptional results in the classroom.

Selection based upon review of applicant's academic, extracurricular, and community achievements.

Applicant must demonstrate an interest in world languages and have at least three years of language in high school and a history of strong academic curriculum. Applicant must be committed to an international experience in France, Germany, Mexico, Spain, or Russia.

Applicant must be a legal U.S. citizen and complete online survey about local colleges.

Applicants must create a video essay discussing what the United States flag means to them as a young American in today's world. Students must post their one and a half to two minute video online.

Applicant must demonstrate an interest in vocal or instrumental music and the intention of performing at Lycoming. Applicant must audition and demonstrate scales, perform two contrasting pieces, and sight read.

Applicant interested in acting must audition by performing two memorized contrasting excerpts from scripts of choice. Applicant interested in directing or technical theatre must submit a portfolio of past work.

Selection is based upon a portfolio review. Portfolio must include 10 to 15 pieces of original work.

Applicant must submit five poems and/or a short story to the Office of Admissions.
