Applicant must have a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1000 (composite ACT score of 22) and have graduated in the upper two-fifths of their secondary school class. Preference granted to a descendent of past or present Clarion University APSCURF members.

Applicant must rank in the top 2% of class and have a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1300. When funds are available, students are automatically considered for the award when they submit their application for admission.

Applicant must be the dependent child of a widow or widower.

For music, award is based upon the audition for acceptance. For art, award is based upon a portfolio that must be presented to the department. For theatre, the award is dependent upon previous acting experience and a written statement. For dance, award is based upon the audition for acceptance.

Applicant must demonstrate leadership and motivation.

Applicant must rank in the top tenth of class and have a minimum combined SAT I score of 1200.

Applicant must rank in the top 5% of class and have a minimum SAT score of 1300. Applicant must demonstrate outstanding accomplishments and significant contributions through involvement in extracurricular activities.
