Applicant must work in the Midwest region of the United States. Award will allow recipient to choose a curriculum of choice from the John T. Riordan School for Professional Development.

Applicant must possess a grade of 88 or better (3.3 GPA) through their junior year of high school with a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1100 (composite ACT score of 24). Recipient must live on campus in order to receive the award.

Applicants must be minority students at an accredited medical school in New York City. Students must be in their second, third or fourth year. Applicants must be interested in community health research in relation to health inequities in New York City.

Applicant must have a 4.0 GPA and a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1300 (composite ACT score of 29).
