Applicants must be Nevada high school students currently in a JROTC or Boy Scout Explorer program, current Nevada ROTC college students or U.S. military veterans enrolled in a Nevada post-secondary institution. Students must be citizens of the United States.

Applicant must be a student in a school music program. A 250-word essay responding to a prompt about music is required.

Applicant must be enrolled at an accredited college or university with aspirations of a career in the dental field.

Applicant must be an entering or current student. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
