Applicants must be a current high school senior and current rodeo participant. Selection is based solely on the essay about what being an American means to you and also what the sport of rodeo means to you.

Applicants must be the sons or daughters of a Nebraska Petroleum Marketer and Convenience Store Association member or employee.
