Financial need must be demonstrated. Preference given to first-generation college students who have overcome a significant obstacle or challenge.

Applicant must be a highly motivated student who has faced challenges in their life and plans to attend a four-year public college or university in Minnesota. Must be at least 21 years old. Financial need must demonstrated.
