Applicant must be a Bay County, MI resident who has completed one year of college in an accredited program of nursing, physical therapy, graduate medical school or another health-care related program. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Garber High School in Bay County, MI who will pursue education in the field of education. Financial need and minimum 2.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bay City Central High School who has overcome economic, social, emotional or culture obstacles and will attend a post-secondary institution full-time. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a child or grandchild of an active, retired, or deceased Bay City police officer. Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI enrolled as a full-time student. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be an employee, spouse, child or grandchild of an active, retired or deceased employee of GM Powertrain Bay City.

Applicant must be a resident or graduate of Bay or Arenac County, MI who will attend a post-secondary institution full-time with a declared major in trades or construction with an emphasis on safety. Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bay City Western High School who has been accepted at a college or university in Michigan.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bay County, MI who will attend a post-secondary institution in Michigan full-time. Financial need and minimum 2.75 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Arenac, Bay, Genesee, Gladwin, Lapeer, Midland, Saginaw, or Tuscola County, MI enrolled in a two- or four-year program in the diesel equipment technology field. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduate of Arenac Eastern, AuGres Sims, Pinconning Central, Standish Sterling Central, or Whittemore-Prescott High School who will attend a post-secondary institution full-time. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Bay County High School who will attend University of Michigan. Financial need must be demonstrated.
