Applicant must be a graduate of a Bay City Public School. Financial need and minimum 2.8 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Garber or Bay City Central High School who has struggled academically. Minimum 1.8 maximum 2.9 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduate of Bay City Central High School who will pursue education in a medical or social service field. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI who has a parent or sibling undergoing cancer treatment. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a female college junior residing in Bay County, MI majoring in education. Minimum 3.2 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Arenac County, MI who is a senior at Arenac County High School and will attend Michigan College or University, or a local college or trade school. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI who is a full-or part-time student at any Michigan college or university. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a Bay County, MI resident who is a senior at Central, Western, or Garber High School. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI who is a senior at Bay City Central High School and will attend an accredited post-secondary institution in Michigan full-time. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a senior at John Glenn High School who will attend a post-secondary institution full-time. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a student at a Bay County, MI high school who will attend Davenport University, Delta College, Central Michigan University, Northwood University, or Saginaw Valley State University. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.
