Applicant must be a South Carolina resident enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program in South Carolina at the professional or associate degree level.

Applicant must be a Texas resident enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy program in Texas at the professional, associate or certificate level. Applicant must also be a member of the Texas Occupational Therapy Association.

Applicant must be a resident of Utah who is currently enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program. Applicant must also be a member of the Utah Occupational Therapy Association.

Applicant must be a West Virginia resident enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy program in the United States at the professional or associate degree level.

Applicant must be a Wisconsin resident or a student in Wisconsin, who is enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy educational program in Wisconsin at the professional or associate degree level.

Applicant must be an undergraduate student living with primary immunodeficiency diseases and who plans to complete their secondary education.

Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate student from Maryland attending an accredited U.S. college or university who demonstrates academic excellence, teamwork, community service and financial aid.
