Applicant must be a graduating senior from Colonel Richardson or North Caroline High School who will pursue post-secondary education full-time.

Applicant must be a graduate of a Wicomico County, MD high school who has completed at least one year of undergraduate study in a healthcare field.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Somerset, Wicomico or Worcester County, MD high school who will pursue post-secondary education in the field of agriculture.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Wicomico County public high school who is a member of a minority group.
