Applicant must have a minimum SAT Reasoning score of 1100 (minimum composite ACT score of 24) and a minimum 3.25 GPA.

Applicant must hold an associate of arts, associate of science, or an associate of applied sciences, must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and be a member of the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society.

Applicant must be the sibling of a current student at the university, the older student will receive the award.

Applicant must be the child or grandchild of a veteran who served in the U.S. Armed Forces in World War I, World War II, or the Korean, Vietnam, Panama, Granada, or Persian Gulf conflicts and have financial need. Selection is based upon character, Americanism, leadership, scholarship, and need.

Applicant must be studying in an area of art, creative writing, dance, music, theater. Audition or portfolio review and admission to the university required.

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior who resides in Vanderburgh County, is planning to pursue post-secondary education at a college or university in Indiana, and will be the first generation to attain a college degree. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a high school senior who plans to graduate in the spring and enroll in a technical school, college, or university the following fall. Applicant must have interest in pursuing studies leading to a career in broadcast engineering.

Applicant must be a student who resides outside of Indiana and have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.

Applicant must be a graduating male senior from an Adams County high school who is a practicing Catholic.

Applicants must be initiated Tau Kappa Epsilon members in good standing and full-time students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. They must include a statement describing how they have benefited from TKE membership and demonstrate leadership on their campus, in their community and in their chapter.

Applicant must be a graduate of a high school in Indiana who is attending or will attend a college or university in Indiana and majoring in dietetics, nursing, or technology education.

Applicant must be a member of the American Legion, American Legion Auxiliary, or Sons of The American Legion and be a non-traditional student returning to classes after some period of time in which formal education was interrupted or a student who has had at least one year of college and demonstrates...

Applicant must have an Indiana Core 40 or Academic Honors Diploma and rank in the top 10% of their high school class. Recipients of this award may not receive the Chancellor's Distinguished, the Chancellor's Scholarship, or the Chancellor's Merit Award.
