Applicant must be a resident of Luce Township in Spencer County, Indiana, who has earned at least 18 credit hours towards a college degree within the past ten years and planning to pursue a two- or four-year degree in agriculture or healthcare. Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA required.

Applicant must be a natural, adopted or step-child of an employee who has completed one year of full-time service with Spencer Industries Incorporated.

Applicant must be the natural or adopted child of an employee who has completed one year of full-time service with a company controlled by Mason and Don Foertsch who is planning to enroll in a full-time course of study at an accredited institution. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

Applicant must be an outstanding business education senior at Central High School.

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior from a Vanderburgh County high school or a current student at the University of Southern Indiana who will attend the University of Southern Indiana.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Harrison High School who will attend a two- or four-year college, university, or technical/vocational school. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Central High School who has obtained the Gold and Brown rating for at least six semesters. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior who resides in Vanderburgh County or is graduating from an Evansville high school and plans to play college golf.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Harrison High School who has had cancer, a physical handicap, or a serious medical problem and has demonstrated good citizenship, participation in school and community activities, personal achievement and good personal qualities. Minimum 2.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be an active member of a Baptist church in Evansville, Indiana who will pursue education or development of music skills consistent with Christian principles and lifestyle for the furtherance of church music.

Applicant must be a graduate of Heritage Hills High School pursuing post-secondary education.
