Must be nominated for this award. Nomination includes a form, resume, list of nominee's accomplishments, and letters of recommendation. Nominee must have performed exemplary service in the furtherance of access to justice for people with disabilities.

Applicant must be recommended by his/her local YMCA Executive Director and enrolled in the YMCA Senior Directors Certification Program. Written verification of having completed 50 hours of volunteer services at a YMCA organization/agency by July 15th of each year the scholarship is received is required.

Recipient must be a current sophomore or junior majoring in a business-related field and must perform 20 hours per week of volunteer service on campus.
