Applicant must be a graduating senior from Cape Henlopen High School who will attend an accredited post-secondary institution.

Applicant must be a graduate of the National Academy of Finance program at Dover or Howard High School pursuing post-secondary education.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Sussex Central High School who is lettered in at least one sport. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Cape Henlopen, Indian River or Sussex County VoTech School District who will attend a college or university in Delaware. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be the child of a current, full-time employee of Corporation Service Company (CSC) who will pursue post-secondary education.
