Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents enrolled as a high school sophomore or higher with a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Students must write an essay relating to mindfulness.

Applicants must be currently enrolled or enrolling into an accredited college, undergraduate or graduate U.S. institution and hold a GPA of 3.0 or better. Students must write an essay pertaining to their approach to healthy living for themselves and their community.

Applicant must plan a career in the plastics industry. Financial need must be demonstrated. Three letters of recommendation, transcript, and essay are required.
