Applicant must be an unmarried dependent child, under the age of 24, of an Evangelical Lutheran Church in America pastor. Full-time enrollment is required.

Applicant must be a United States citizen who is a member of an ELCA congregation in Orange County, California. Applicant must be admitted to the University with a minimum 3.0 GPA and a demonstrated motivation, drive, and financial need.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and have an immediate family member who is an alumnus.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and be working toward teacher certification and a career in education.

Applicant must be able to provide verification from a physician of visual impairment.

Applicant must be a full-time graduate student.

Applicant must be a full-time student with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference is given to public administration majors specializing in finance.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Applicant must be the child or grandchild of a California Lutheran University degree program graduate.
