Applicant must demonstrate high academic performance, leadership ability, volunteer and community service work, and extracurricular involvement.

Applicant must have attended a Lasallian high school and demonstrated leadership in the community and high school. Essay, interview, and letter of recommendation from a member of applicant's Lasallian institution required.

Applicant must demonstrate exceptional ability in the area of instrumental or vocal music and must be able to read music. Live audition and experience in choir, orchestral, band, or chamber music settings required.

Applicant must have experience working for high school's newspaper, yearbook, or literary magazine and wish to continue that interest at Manhattan College by writing for, editing, producing, and managing The Quadrangle.
