Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Johnson County high school who will attend a post-secondary institution in Arkansas.

Applicant must be a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces residing in Arkansas and planning to attend an accredited two- or four-year college or university in Arkansas.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Caddo Hills, Mount Ida or Oden High School who will attend a post-secondary institution in Arkansas.
