Applicant must be a citizen of a foreign country and have a minimum 2.0 GPA.

Applicant must be a first year student and have the written recommendation of a member of ABC's Board of Directors.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and have received a 'Superior' rating in national competition.

Applicant must have placed first or second in a state or national academic or talent competition.

Applicant must be a first year student. Selection based upon high academic achievement and Christian character. Awarded by high school principals.

Applicant must be attending a college or university in West Virginia. Minimum 2.5 GPA and composite ACT score of 20 required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior of Capital High School who plans to major in teaching at a West Virginia college or university. Minimum 2.5 GPA and composite ACT score of 21 required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior of Riverside High School with plans to attend a college or university in West Virginia and pursing a degree in math or science. Minimum 2.5 GPA and composite ACT score of 20 required.

Applicant must be attending a college or university in West Virginia. Minimum 3.5 GPA and 25 ACT required. Preference to those attending West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
