Responsibilities Include:
- Cultivating and sustaining long-term relationships with broker accounts.
- Imparting knowledge about UWM's Easiest Application System Ever (EASE) and our array of products.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance and solutions.
- Keeping updated and disseminating information on the latest industry products and updates.
- Ensuring every loan deal succeeds.
- Overseeing account performance.
- Constructing and overseeing a robust loan pipeline to surpass sales targets.
- Driving sales at one of Michigan’s largest companies
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- At least a year's experience in mortgage sales or relationship-based sales.
- Comprehension of the distinction between retail and wholesale lending.
- Demonstrable aptitude in building business rapport.
- Competence in using tech tools like Microsoft Office, CRMs, and multitasking.
- Strong communication skills, both telephonically and in-person.
- A go-getter attitude, accountable, and eager to learn and improve.
- Full-time onsite availability.
- Already living in Michigan, or willing to relocate
Desirable Skills:
- Prior experience in the mortgage industry.
- Inside sales or phone sales experience.
- A zest for the mortgage domain.
- Previous role in a B2B sales environment.
- Aspiration for a six-figure income in a competitive sales setting.
