Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn detailed investor guidelines, lending standards, documentation requirements, and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional service to our extensive internal and external clientele.
  • Engage in transparent client communications about loan conditions using phone and video platforms.
  • Conduct thorough loan reviews using your expertise and recommend optimal underwriting strategies.
  • Enhance computer and online proficiency.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while fostering robust client relationships.

Basic Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree.
  • At least 12 months of experience in Mortgage or Client Services.
  • Proven ability in intricate problem-solving.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, capable of multitasking on dual screens.
  • A passion for ongoing education and receptiveness to feedback.
  • Adaptability in a fast-evolving finance landscape.
  • Solid work ethic, self-drive, and accountability.
  • Prior experience in roles that involve direct client interaction.
  • Commitment to being on-site.
