Responsibilities:

• Offer premier service to both internal and external clients.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding loan conditions and statuses, through phone or video.
• Master UWM's investor guidelines, lending policies, documentation requirements, and procedures.
• Leverage your knowledge and analytical abilities for detailed loan evaluations, proposing efficient underwriting solutions.
• Enhance computer proficiency and Internet savvy.
• Juggle multiple tasks effectively, fostering relationships with clients.
• Residents from Richmond, Michigan are encouraged to apply, but you must be able to work out of our amazing campus located in Pontiac, Michigan.

Essential Qualifications:

• Associates Degree.
• At least 12 months' experience in the Mortgage or Client Service sector.
• Proven experience in intricate logic application and problem-solving.
• Advanced computer proficiency, with the capability to multitask across dual monitors.
• An eager attitude towards learning and receptiveness to coaching.
• Flexibility to adapt in a swiftly evolving industry.
• A robust work ethic, self-drive, and accountability.
• Prior client service experience.
• Commitment to on-site attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA.
• Experience in managing escalated client service situations telephonically.
