Okay, So I very quickly want to go through my daily and weekly schedule with you all because, um hoo boy, is it full? And I would just want to show you how I balance my academics and my extracurriculars and also just time for myself and like self care, because that is so, so important. As a college student, you have to you must put aside time for self care. I tried to put every activity that I do on the street, Cal, just for organizational purposes, this week was actually a pretty slow week. If I turned to like, weeks before, like, you just see a lot of a lot of Oh, yeah, this week was a doozy. Like it all that so the way that she Cal works is that you can plot events. Then you can also share your calendar with other people, and you can also have their calendars show up on your counter. So it makes it a lot easier for groups and organizations to all share their genes. Pals with each other, so they know that they're free our when everyone is free. So the end blue are, I guess, in this like lavender color, these air all my classes. So on Mondays and Wednesdays, I take biology the world on US theater studies to ten, entered a performance concepts. Then on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I have theater studies one ten, which is a survey of, uh, theater history. It's a pre record for the theater studies major. Then I also take this really cool class called Music one eighty three. It's the culture appropriation of music, um, and then on Wednesdays and Thursdays, I also have section Do not do I also have section for my theater studies one ten and my biology. The world in this class, um, and section is just a smaller seminar of whatever lecture you're taking. Most lectures have section and this this is to make sure that, like no one's falling through the crack cracks. If you don't understand something and lecture, you can always go to section and ask your T F or your teaching fellow on what it meant, and it's just a great way Tio, make sure that your absurd, absorbing material. In these next couple of weeks, as the semester is heating up, as you may say, I'll probably find other things to fill my time. My our capella group, we are debating on our meeting times for this semester, and I guess for the rest of the year and then I'm also on the executive bored of the Yale Dramatic Association, which is the oldest running undergraduate theatre production company in the country. We're pretty cool two seven shows a year, and it's a lot of fun. It's also a lot of work, and we meet several times a week because we're running a theatre production company. I make sure that there's always a bit of white space in each day so that I can take a second to breathe. I make sure that I eat at least two meals a day, which is I should be eating more. As a college student, you just gotta grab and go time for self care and taking time for yourself just to breathe. To read a book, drink a smoothie, take a nap that's so important College. I think we like to extend ourselves to the point of exhaustion, and that doesn't aid anyone. It doesn't eight yourself and it doesn't eat the people around you. So I am a strong, strong advocate for taking a second, even if it's only thirty seconds every day just to sit, breathe and do nothing and just tow.
