Everyone. I'm a senior mechanical engineering student and this is the day in the life of a SURCA student. I usually like to start my day off by washing my face, brushing my teeth and having a nice breakfast. Right now, I'm headed to the weekly SURCA lunch hosted by Dr. Bastin and Dr. Corbo where they just give us some overall important information about the program. Right now. I'm headed to Kirkbride Hall to go to the lab. Here's the printer that I use. It's called 3-D printing. Four different samples of these three different temperature ranges and then performing a tensile test on them to determine how much strain or stress they can take a fraction. This is one of the same tools that I have to print for my experiment. It's currently printing. This is the thing that I just printed. Hey, guys, I'm back from the lab. I'm back in my room. Usually when I'm not in the lab, I just come back in here with my little laptop set up, just get a little bit right now. I'm here with my friend Andre. So I finished all the work that I have to do today. So I'm just gonna head back to my room and cook some dinner. I ended up making shrimp alfredo with a garlic knots. So I'm really excited for that. After this I'm probably just gonna take a shower and get ready for bed. And that was a day in the life of a SURCA student. I hope you guys enjoyed and I'll see you around.
