It's and again with another video in today's video, I wanted to give you all a tour of my residential hall on. So while I have already made a video about my experience living in the residential halls my first year, some of the worries that I had some of the advice that I would give to all of you and some more informational aspect about housing here at the university that video was a little bit longer and I just wanted to make this one. Ah, shorter video, just showing you all what my residential hall looks like. I live in University Heights, North Tower, one floor one Andi, just Thio show all of you just a little bit more intimate about what my living situation looks like. What my room looks like to give you all perhaps inspiration for when you do you bm and you want to decorate your room or just more in general, to get a better idea of what some of the options air here. I didn't talk about in my last video that I just wanted to also add in here is just But there are a ton of different housing options for all different styles. We have, ah, lot of options for all different types of living styles that people you know feel comfortable in. Um, for you, the university is a really good job of making sure everyone feels the most comfortable that they possibly can within their housing situation, because that is where you're going to call home for the next year. Without further ado, I am going to take you all on just a little mini tour of my room and suite that I live in. Um, just show you all kind of my pride and joy of living here on campus and kind of where I feel the most comfortable. This is a really great tub that we that the university provided all of the rooms that we can use toe wipe down all of our surfaces with to help keep the rooms cleaner and just safer with co vid thes air. This is my, um, my and Meghan Sink, which is nice to have kind of the separation between the two. What's really nice is that we have trash rooms on every single hall. So you don't really have to be going out super far out of your way to throw your trash out, which is one of my favorite parts. Here's a little rack where hand house, and then this is our little, um, kind of cooking area quote unquote cooking area. It's sometimes annoying because then you can't see in that what you're cooking, but we really like how you can see yourself and it's fun. This is the echo wear containers where every, um, dining hall in Residential Hall has like a drop off area. Thes we really like using when we want to just kind of take dinner out and not have Thio. Um, you know, wait in line the dining halls, or if we wanna have a picnic or something like that, check out my dining video. Um, if you want to learn more about, um, dining, But anyway, this is what the ICO wear looks like, and they are really amazing because it makes eating out extremely easy. Then over here, this is my suite mates, little, um, fridge and microwave. It's so nice having, um, are nice little shared bathroom just right there within our own sweet. Then you can see there with Covic arm now, new maximum occupancy is six. So each suite is allowed to have one guest from our same hall, which is a really great edition. They're I think they make the room look kind of fun. I really like having a ton of pictures and personal items. I have this really fun wildflower poster, and these are really cool. Um, just putting like some fake flowers and little biles. Hi. This little hanging moon that just makes the room feel so cozy. Actually, that's here locally and Burlington on Pine Street. Here is just some string lights, every college room gotta have some string lights. I have my matching pillows to match the colors in the tapestry and then all the way up there I just have some, um, collages of me. My all my friends from UVM are up there and then these two are friends from home, which I think is really special. Here is my bedside table and here's the window. You can see I don't really know what mountain that is. I feel like I should e guessed I'm a fake Vermonter, but really pretty mountain right there. The horticulture club was giving up free plants, and there's still a lot of their still kicking. It says Megan's bedside table and her little area. She's, um, art that her brother did her mask saying, That's how she drives her masks after she washes them. So that is just a little overview of this beautiful place that I call my home.
