The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
Everyone is here again, and today I wanted to show you one of my favorite spots in Burlington. It's a little rainy and overcast today, but I still think the protein to farmers market will have a lot in store for us. So one reason why I really like the farmer's market is because it really helps me to put into context a lot of what you D M stands for in its mission for sustainability. Like when you see all of the people who make so many different kinds of pastries or bread or nuts or grow their own vegetables and then they come with the farmer's market, it really helps you to understand how much of what you can eat and buy actually is made or produced locally, which is really cool. Since UVM is committed to getting so much of the food that is served on campus locally, it's cool to be able to actually see the farms via might be getting food from for the other vendors that they might be getting food from at the farmer's market and you can talk to people who you know on these businesses, and it's a really cool experience. Today I found some flowers, which I was never even looking for. Now I have a capital bouquet of flowers on my desk. I saw so many vegetables had different kinds of bread, not butter. There's just so much that you can find the farmer's markets that you find by happy accident you never expected to find there. It's a great way to get outside and support local business all while staying right in the Burlington area. Another cool thing about the farmer's market is that when I kids colder in the fall in the winter, it actually moves inside of the data center UVM, which is really cool because then it's even more accessible for UVM students. Sometimes I've even earned a little like vouchers or tokens to be able to spend on something at the farmer's market. So that's another feature I love is that you can have a great relationship with a bunch of different local businesses and that UVM students really get to see where their food is coming from and all sorts of things that confined right here in the area. I hope you liked my little brief tour of the farmers market as well as my reason why I love it so much, and I hope that something will have a chance to check it out for yourself by.
