Hey, guys, it's a Tuesday evening and I'm getting ready to wind down for the night. I'd go over tomorrow's schedule, so my Wednesdays are pretty packed, but it's It's a good time, right? So at a three, I have a tonal music theory that last for an hour. Then after that, I go warm up for the day, get some eight ooze out of the way, work on some solo music. At eleven thirty, I have my modern American poetry class, so before that I'll head down to the cave, get some team in what the cave is. It's kind of a small grocery style option in fridge option foods and coffee and bagels and pastries you can choose from. That's in the basement at school, which is really convenient. Pretty much when I'm hungry and eating something. I don't have time to go all the way back to the dorms. So I'll check that out, goto my modern American poetry class for an hour and then right after a twelve thirty. I have a lesson with my private teacher from twelve thirty to one thirty and then I'll probably go get lunch at one thirty, which is a little late for me, But I'll be fine. Like I said then, after lunch, I'll go practice or do homework, depending on my workload. For the rest of the week, I might have some theory homework to work on, but after that I have wind ensemble from three thirty to five thirty approximately. We're working on some Bernstein music because it's a hundred years since Hiss birth, I believe for celebrating his legacy. So when rehearsal ins five thirty, I go to my class called Yoga for Musicians, which I have on Wednesday and Friday. So it's very much about mindfulness and meditation and gentle yoga for musicians. Amy, always asks what is aching today? Because we have a lot of string players in the class and myself included. The's trapezius muscles get sore, so we often do ball massage, which really release tension and black attention is pretty good for most musicians, usually tension is a bad thing. So I found that the mindfulness that we learned in there and breathing techniques that we work on and the stretching that relieves tension. So after that yoga class, I'll go get her, and then I'll go practise for the evening. Yeah, really depends on how I'm feeling if I'm hungry or if I'm worried about more ensemble stuff, I need to practice food practice. Then what? The Goto sounds like a good day to me.
