I'm from Claremont California and I'm currently living in Redlands California. Something that drew me to this university is the amazing small class sizes, the wonderful professors and the opportunities I get as a musician in the school of music, I am getting my degree in piano performance, my Bachelor's of music and an experience that really influenced my decision is that I actually used to take piano lessons through the community school of Music here and that really allowed me to get an insight firsthand on the wonderful professors and the amazing community that the School of Music provides for its students. Something that I really have enjoyed learning about is in my accompanying class top I Professor Laura Yerodia that really focuses on collaborative piano like chamber plain and accompanying. I really enjoy that and hope to get my master's and doctorate in that as well. I think a student who would really thrive at the University of Redlands is a student who is very uh focused on community and making meaningful connections with other students and faculty and truly exploring the leadership opportunities provided here to our students.
