So this video is going to be about the college workload. So let's get down to this, miss. So basically it's a little different for me because I'm an art student, but I still experience other academic classes, so I definitely can give some tips. Just like what I experienced so first Mestre, I had a lot of, like, pre Rex. Like all my drawings and stuff I had, they say, like, four hours out of class every week. So that's kind of like, depending on what you're taking, that's kind of true. I mean, it is art and does take a lot of time, so you just have to know that you're willing to put in that amount of time and effort into that major. So in my political science course, I had like a forty page reading every week. Then I would take notes on it, kind of like study a little bit what we did in lecture, just to really understand what was going on S O The readings definitely reminded me of AP U. S. History, but I got through them. If I had any questions, I met with my Jesus I And then for my first year writing class, I had depending on what which one you're in because some of them have, like, more work to do up than others. I had, like a bunch of essays in mine, and we had a bunch different, like side product projects. We had, like, the ah, lot of articles to read. I'm not gonna lie. I like a lot of articles, but and and it was really helpful. Currently in my art history class, I can take those writing skills and use them s O second semester. I have a little less artwork our homework to do just because of the classes, and I have a lot more online work, like I'm taking a photo shop Many course, so I can just do that on. We have to do a discussion post a week that usually take It's like an hour to like three hours every week, depending on how long the reading is, or how long, like videos are that we have to watch, and then I'm also in the first year seminar for film, but that, honestly, besides like the readings, isn't too much work. It's more about like the learning process s. So I have a bunch of friends who take like coding classes and all that. I know the math is very like, work intensive, like the whole week. A bunch of people are doing like group projects which take a lot of time. Then people who take languages like they have homework almost every day. So coming to the University of Michigan, it is going to be like a tough workload. But it shouldn't be anything different from high school or like what you expected. It is hard, but once you hear it after you learn everything, it's all worth it. Even though some homework assignments are annoying in the end, like I'm happy with the finished product, and so you probably will be, too. Yet that's the University of Michigan's workload.
