The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
Today I'm gonna talk about how to stay organized in college because that is so important. I will say I'm not the most organized person in the world. We're talking about a few of the best ways to stay organized, how to stay on top of your stuff even as you get really over this semester. A lot of college is like motivating your stuff to do work. One of the biggest things that helps keep me organized is having a planner. This is like the first thing that every like organized person says it's that planner of someplace where you're writing down exactly what you need to do. This semester is well, cause I'm like doing taking my normal five classes. Like the president of an organization, a job like the secretary of another work And it just a lot of stuff going on and then like you to do nothing, things that I do. The way this planner works is it has a monthly spread. So in the one place Red, I'll put like the big events that I have going on like bigger things. They're doing tests and projects and essays, Man in the weekly spread, I'll put down every single thing that I have to do. So in the days I'll put down all my assignments that I do or if I have an event or something and then in my to do section, I'll sometimes redo those assignments, cause I just really like checking things off. So that's how I keep, like the baseline organization for everything in terms of like actual classes, like certain, like school supplies, and I used what I decide to do this year is carry around mostly just folders of these 35 star folders. The way do you know this? I split them up by subject. So this is everything for this semester in these folders and like, they're not that fool because I'm in the School of communication on motion pictures, major, we don't have that much paper, but I also have a minor in Afghan studies and another minor in theater, which I'm also taking classes for this master. I'm Tuesdays take a theater class, just intro to see nick and costume design for theater and film. It's like a drawing class, so it's basically an art class. I also take history of international cinema, which is the thing that I was reading period for Monday's Take intermediate Acting, which is another theater course history of Africa, which is for my Afghanistan. I have my second love little correction course for my major. Actually, you're in this folder arrival, my theater classes. Then my acting force, actually, a lot of paper acting. Surprisingly, we're not Andi in this one, I have my, uh, calm courses, my courses for my major. So this is just like my and then I also have this notebook because I usually like to take physical notes and at least, like one course a semester, even if it's not like like next week next, Mestre and taking a course where I know we will use technology. So I'll have to take physical notes for that course. Even if that's not the case or stressor, I always like to, like, take fiscal notes in at least one class. I don't know why I just really like he acted like writing down notes, but I do feel like it significantly more convenient to do it online. So I just have this notebook for that one class so light and easy to carry out actually don't carry these around every day. So that's a great way to keep my back light, especially since I'm a meter student and I always carrying so much in my bag. So that's what I do for my classes to keep the like physical things organized. For all of my note taking, I use Google Drive, I swear little Dr. I use it all throughout high school, and I'm like such a fan of it. In school I was great, and it's for you from most work, if you like over a certain amount of gigabytes, you can pay for, like Maur if you want, but you shouldn't need to. So I have a specific holding for school and then within that I have one for each semester and then within the folder for each master. I have five different folders and it's one for each of my classes and they're color coded. Then once you go into those holders, like for my history course, I have one running document of lecture notes. So all of the lecture notes from the semester in one document I do the same thing for my production course. I do take a lot of notes, so I would say splitting it might work. Take all of those lecture notes up until the mid term and then started New doctor. So I have lecture notes and then any writing assignments. If you're for some reason doing something separately for using pdf for something, you also just drive that onto your Google drive and save it all in one place.
