Well my name is Andrea job or I'm a first year full time and be a candidate at the University of Maryland robert smith school of business. Just to tell you a little bit about who I am and how I ended up by smith. Um I come from three years of prior work experience in the chemicals industry. After graduating from undergrad at Howard University, I joined a major fortunate average company in their supply chain rotational program. I did that for about a year and a half before I was head hunted by a midsize careful company. Um and took more of a mid sized managerial level position as the Americas category manager for raw material procurement. I did that for about two years, had a great experience, was able to travel, you know, deal with suppliers, work cross functionally routine members. Ultimately that role as well as my career trajectory is pushing me to go back to school to get the N. B. A. Um Also I had a mentor who was awarded graduate who really just looking at his career where he ended up really pushed me to want to go and pursue the NBA. Now, the reason why I pursued robert smith school of business is primarily, I'm a Maryland, made it and Maryland being that it's one of the top really, uh, NBA programs in America. I wanted to definitely come back here and get that experience from smith and so I decided to come back to Maryland.
