Hey Guys!!! This is my INTRO VIDEO to being ya'lls University of Kentucky campus tour guide!!
The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
Hey, guys, my name is Julia Harris, and I'm here to show you around. I was born in Lexington, Kentucky, which is the same place that the University of Kentucky is located in its Cube big small city. It's definitely like family oriented, but besides that, it's mostly UK. Like without the University of Kentucky, Lexington just wouldn't be the place it is because it has so much to do if you're like Young Bin to like a Day of the Dead Festival. The Lexington Theater has this cool Halloween thing they do every year thriller, which is like this, like huge festival downtown that they have everybody do the thriller Walk all the way down Main Street. One thing you should know about Lexington is Go Cats, baby, because absolutely everybody is so invested in the sports culture here. So if that's not something you're looking forward to school, then I mean, you can get used to it or go to a different school. I am currently double majoring in business management and digital media and design, which is a cool combination for me because I love videography. I also want to, like, apply it to like a real world setting. So hopefully my dream job would be like working with a social enterprise business. So my management major is within our business school, which is called Gatton, and then my digital media and design major is in the School of Fine Arts, which I made a video of that school as well. I definitely recommend the major's right now to double Major. I'm sitting at about nineteen hours per semester, and I'm also on track to study abroad spring semester of next year. It's going to be my spring semester of my junior year, and I'm still gonna be able to do that. On average, I'd say have like about one point five tests a week. It really depends because, like last week at three tests, but this week I have no test. Next week I have one test, so it really just you know you're going to have to definitely get a planner, develop your time management skills. It's timeto crank in, like, come in with an open mind and just, you know, you got to try every day you learn something every day. All right? But I'm ready to start this tour, so come with me.
