What It's Like Living in a Dorm

See, now that I showed you guys some of the dorm options, I thought I would tell you a little bit about my experience living in a dorm. So this year I'm living in the sorority house that I'm a member up. So last year I lived in downs, which is a residence hall, and last year was the first year was actually open, so it was a brand new dorm. All put in a few clips that I took last year when I lived there. I lived in a four person suite and I lived with my friend Emily and then two other girls, Kirsten and Live, and I did not know them beforehand. After we lived in the dorm together, we ended up. Now we're best friends, Um, so getting to live with girls that you may not know can actually turn into a really good thing. Like I said, we're best friends now, and I can't imagine my life without them. So the type of sweet that we lived in was you each got your own bedroom. Then there was a living room in the middle, and there's two bathrooms, so we have a lot of space, and it was nice because you could have your own room. So like when I needed to get stuff done, or if I want to go to bed early before everyone else like I was able to do that, that was a good option. The only downside I would say to having my own room is he was nice at the time to be able to go to and focus and do homework, and I'm glad I was able to do that. I feel like I separated myself sometimes from doing fun things or even just like watching TV or hanging out with my roommates because I was so focused on school, which is a great thing. I think having my own bedroom, I kind of would go into it by myself often instead of hanging out with my roommates more and getting that time with them over all, my dorm experience was so good, and I honestly wouldn't change any of it, except maybe that I didn't have my own bedroom. I think if I would do it again I would want to not have my own bedroom.
