Part of Talbot a pie, which is an honors engineering fraternity, so we kind of do professional networking and development with one another. We also do like fun social events, there's like a pumpkin painting we did recently. Um so that's been really good to get to know other people in my major and going through the same things that I am as an engineering student, I'm also applying for jobs again right now, hoping to do some research in the future, possibly I worked two summer internships throughout my time in undergrad, so I had one summer I worked for a company back home in michigan called Gen Therm, there are tier two automotive supplier, so I was doing a lot of testing and analysis for them. Um really enjoyed, it was a fun group that I worked with, I'm not a huge fan of automotive, obviously if I'm going into sustainability and solar engineering a little bit different, but it was a great experience to have. Um and then this past summer, I also worked for a more local company here in Beaver Creek um called Hyperion Technology Group and their defense contractor. So we worked in partnership with Wright Patterson Air Force Base, which is super cool um and I basically got to program microcontrollers, so I was a little bit out of my wheelhouse at first, I don't spend a whole lot of time necessarily doing computer programming and that's a lot of what microcontrollers are, but it was fun in the end, I basically made a sound recording system through the microcontroller, so it was fun to get to play music c um kind of the whole route that it travels through in the microcontroller and then have it come out on the other end looking like what we wanted it to look like. Um And again, I'm looking forward to hopefully more in the future.
