So before we dive into individual buildings and stuff, you're just kind of a quick overview of campus. There's bus stops over there because a lot of people do commute in the light rail station will be down that a way if you choose to take that route to get to school. Yeah, What is up? My name is Islay, and this is little Bird Piper. This is my I did a couple years of community college First I got my associate's degree when I was seventeen. So it's only my second year here, but I am in my senior year now. I did my internship in the Colorado spent it last year, which was a super great experience, and I would definitely recommend that to anyone, regardless of what your major is just to give a little bit of information about See you. Our campus does get a little bit confusing sometimes because there are three schools on one campus. Wear all part of your area campus, and those three schools are the University of Colorado, Denver Metropolitan State University and the Community College of Denver. Avery campus has a population of forty two thousand students. Denver has about nineteen thousand students were just super awesome because you get the benefits of a large school at a small school in once, we all share a library and a student union and several classrooms, so we have a really nice buildings that are really big and nice to use. Our class sizes are really small, and it's super easy to form friendships of professors because they don't have an insane and honor students. There are on campus dorms available there held campus village apartments or so C B A. But there are several student living options around the city. Your various student lops is a couple blocks from campus, and then they are building another student. Housing will be open next year, and I forgot the name of him, but it will be available. So you Denver is a commuter campus, for the most part. So a lot of people are like first time freshman who have just graduated high school. A lot of people are going back to school after not being in school for a while, or are just commuting for some other reason. It's in the heart of downtown Denver, which is a super awesome location way. I think that our student government is trying to bring Greek life to school, but as of right now, we don't have it. So it's really popular is getting into student government and also club sports. I was a part of clips towards I'm a cheerleader. Come a cute little lynx squad with their mascot is the links. A lot of people do You have experience, but also a lot of people don't before they joined. They're relatively cheap, and it's a great way to make friends. SDA, our student government association, is also super popular. People around for Senate people applied to be on first year council, which is an awesome opportunity for a freshman. I'm so excited to show you guys around, show you a few living options and just kind of give you a taste of what it's like to live in Denver.
