I think a really important part of being a part of a business school is understanding the different clubs and extracurricular activities that you have access to during a business program. The academics are really important, but equally important are ways to network and really apply the learnings that you've had and there are plenty of ways to do that within the judge business school to start. I'm one of the student representatives of the NBA class of 2021 along with two other colleagues, we have worked hard over the air to make sure that our student body is well represented with the programs, team, faculty members and other representatives within the judge business school. We solicit input from our classmates, understand what's working well, what we'd like to see more of if there are any challenges and we take it back to the program, team members to work with them to come up with solutions to some of these issues that we might be facing. It's been a really nice opportunity to get leadership experience to get to know a lot of student members within the program and to see some of the behind the scenes that goes on with the programs team. Beyond this, I'm in a couple of special interest groups which we call Cigs, so I'm in one of the healthcare cigs, I've worked been able to work with colleagues from varieties of backgrounds that are either have worked in the healthcare industry before are interested in moving into it and we've been able to use each other's sound boards to ideas about different jobs we want to pursue, participate in relevant case study competitions and just share general knowledge and news in this space. In addition to this, we've got a lot of students that will start and run different social events that we've been able to do throughout the year. The Cambridge Business school Club, or C. B. S. C, has a large group of students that are involved in different capacities from social chairs, two presidents to communication leads and their role is initially to plan and navigate some of the social aspects of business school and we've done a really good job representing people who come from different geography, is to get a little bit of a taster as to what our backgrounds are and what we're interested in as well outside of the judge business school, there are also lots of ways to get involved with the college that you're part of since Cambridge is a collegiate university, every NBA candidate is also a part of the college within campus. For this reason, we thought opportunities to be leadership members in our middle common rooms, which are the postgraduate student groups, student bodies within the college as well as trying to organize other events and participate in things like mabel planning or formal hall planning, which gives you an opportunity again to take on some leadership roles but also meet people from different backgrounds.
