This is a UC Santa Cruz apartment tour, Everything now beginning a lot of requests to do this video, Which is why I'm doing this apartment tourist last block for those freshmen that are incoming or for our first years will want to move into the apartment. I want to know how it looks like or what it is and how much surprising is now. What does a apartment you C. C come with now an apartment and you see a sea for six people, which is my case is one single, which is over there with Carlos a double, which is right here with me. Another double, which is Nelson and Josh and another single with E. R. A. David. Now, to be eligible to get into an apartment, there are some certain rules and things that are required. If you're a dining hall worker, you get, you're on a point based system, which the more points you get by being more involved in your community or take this off if you're more involved in your community or your in your community or in your college, and things related to your college can give you more points Obviously, if you are a freshman, you are required to stay inside the dorms so you won't be able to get into an apartment until your second year, which is my case. It obviously also helps if your friends and are a like my friend date. Now I'm wondering now you're probably wondering, how much does it cost to live in an apartment? Now, let me show you now for the now for the 2019 and 2020 rates, which would be the incoming freshmen. It's a small double, so you'd be paying around $3528 for a double. Now, if you wanted to be a single like my friend cardinals or David you'd be paying, you'd be paying about $5000 so it is expensive to live in an apartment if you are doing a single them. I didn't even know Carlos in David paid damage. Now, if you're doing a monthly and you can't and you think it's better for you that way, if you live in a single you'd be paying about 1700. If you live in a small double, you'd be paying about 1000 176 which is what I'm paying now and the total overall for a whole year worth, which will probably be the how long you will probably stay in the apartment until you move off. Campus would be around $10,000 so if you think about it, it's pretty pricey. Now there are some things you can do to lessen this price, as I mentioned before, you could do being are a like my friend David that covers housing and includes meals, so you'd be able to kind of live for free and just pay for tuition, which would be your classes. Now, With this, there are certain amenities that come with. As you can see, there's a nice balcony outside to get the night view of the trees and the florist and everything in the community rooms right next to you, I mean both for $10,000. V is not that nice, and you also get your standard toilet and you also get a shower shower. Now, one thing that does is climbing up all these bitch ass stairs, like three levels while I live in the tearful night we live in the first Look, you're pretty lucky.
