Hidden Gem: Koi Pond
One of UCSC's hidden gems. The Porter Koi Pond is often overlooked as it is literally hidden within the college. The koi pond was brought in the founder of Porter college whose wife loved koi fish. Since then, the koi fish has become an important figure that Porter students relate with. Students come here to enjoy the beautiful colors of the fish, relax between classes, or even feed the fish! Head over to the advising office and ask for some fish food!
