Hey, so in this video, I'm going to talk about how I balance academic, social life, mental health, the whole work life balance. I honestly it's what this agenda that I get all my academics done in time management, because I I mean, obviously everyone is going to have certain standards for their own academic achievements and grades. I admit I do strive for all A's. So that means I need to do on my projects for the mone time, turn them and and do them well. So I need to keep track of all my assignments and your track of deadlines. If I have something going on, say over the weekend, I know I need to get ahead the week before. That's something that I kind of learned a little in high school and definitely learned these first two semesters at college because I just I need to take breaks. Otherwise, like my head, I'll get a headache or just can't focus anymore. Instead of like getting of all the things I wanted done, I can't so I recommend definitely. Instead of doing like three hours working time Do forty five minutes of work ten minute break for fifteen minute break for five minutes work It'LL take longer, but you'LL be more efficient that way. I like to hang out with my friends, but sometimes I'm really busy, so I'll try to make sure I schedule meal with them. I'm getting some like, social and rising in, but I'm also doing all the work I need to do. I also go take advantage of the resource that my school I go to the ABC Center, which is one of the gym's I, you know, take advantage of the counseling and the wellness. Anything that I need to make my like emotional mental health stable because if that's not stable, you're not gonna be able to have fun with your friends, and you're not me will do well in school. Honestly, I just recommend doing your homework sooner like you can stay up late watching movies if you want, but you'd much rather do that if you already done your homework.
