Okay, So in this video, I'm going to talk about my relationship with my professors and a little bit about with student faculty ratio that I've noticed. So I do have to admit my experiences in a script for the film department. I've really taken on ly honors classes, so the classes and honors like Captain twenty to thirty people, depending on the room. So obviously the ratio there's going to be really good. So my classes only like sixteen people than last semester's. So there were sixteen students and one professor, which honestly is better than what I had in high school. That being said in my larger film classes, which are like one fifty to one seventy five people, there's one professor, But there are t A S, and we have by the lab periods where it's a smaller group of maybe that fifteen twenty two students and or and or Russell like recitation. I admit, I've definitely bonded a lot more with my professors, and the smaller class is easier because either I sit in the front or just you know you have a little conversation with them when you go in and out that you can't really have in the whole giant classroom setting. If you just take the time to go to office hours and a couple of emails, maybe just even a little few words after class, every now and then they they'LL remember you because probably a lot of kids are doing that. That can really improve the student teacher relationship, which is helpful if you need assistance guide in sexual time. If they know you're a good and carrying student, then they're gonna have a little more slack for you. You're so like you so they can write your recommendations for internships, jobs, etcetera. I do think that even my large classes, all my tears do try to have some kind of participation. Even though those air obviously very lecture heavy, they do want some discussions. Comedian called Teacher if he tries to have like two or three discussions last period, which might be even a little too much considering the other one hundred seventy six in the room But if you want a lecture, a few sorry, if you want a more discussion based thing, I do recommend if you get into the honors program to take those classes because they're smaller slash applying to goddess program. You don't get in freshman year because in gets one of us is. Also understand that once you get into the more specific classes in your major, they'LL all shrink as well. So we're gonna have to handle a couple large crosses your freshman year, and that won't be your whole experience a temple.
