Out and About at Susquehanna with Grant

On campus, like to go for jobs to my friends and check out the local campus and community. I also like to attend certain events in this building right here is where the student government association meets when they fund all kinds of activities for students. Just a couple of days ago they gave me money to hire sustainability speaker to talk on our campus. In addition to that in this building, they have all kinds of other events and things that happen. They have speakers in the auditorium, they hold classes in here and at the very top of the building, residents even stay there. It is also in this building where multiple times a year we collect all kinds of clothes, shoes, reused items and we operate to students for free, look at all the clothes we have. Susquehanna also has single stream recycling and we collect terracycle in these boxes right here and we send the granola bars with solo cups, the body care and chip bags, all to companies where they can be reused and recycled Besides the recycling efforts, Susquehanna also has this vast solar panel array, which powers the percentage of campus both during the semester and over the summer and instead of using lawnmowers to mill around the solar panels, we use sheep and if you ever walk down to the solar panel array, you can say hi to the sheep as their grazing around and they're more than willing to be fed or to say hi to you. Susquehanna also has a really cool garden where we grow food and we donate it to the local community.
