I want to talk about steven's internship program right now, it's technically called the co op experience. So what that is is a five year program, the five year program. Um It achieves your bachelors at the ends and within those five years every other semester. So alternating semesters you would be doing a co op or an internship. Um So currently I'm doing an internship to find this opportunity, stevens presents you with countless companies and countless tools to help you get to that point. There are interview or their interview days um Interviewing resources, they'll teach you everything that you need to know and how to apply. I also want to talk about some of the soft skills that I've learned from my internship, so some of the soft skills I've learned is actually how to participate in an office environment and how to communicate with your other employers or employees because it's very different than working at Target or Starbucks. You know, there's a certain level of casualness there, whereas in a work environment you will have more business casual attire or there will be a certain order of speaking at meetings for example, so it's great to get into this rhythm and learn how to participate in a respectful moment.
