I have five years of experience in marketing in the retail industry, and right now I'm doing my MBA expecting revelation in 2021. So you might know that university offers to MBA programs one that is the full time, which is one year on the second one is a part time which takes two years because, um, in one full time MBIA covers a two year classes, it's super intense that the intensity, the level of intensity, super high and the speed is super fast. So I knew it myself from the beginning that I have to keep myself mentally on physically in shape from the beginning. So I want to tell you first, What do I do to give myself mentally and physically in shape and a strong? And this is I do work out. I play eso matches with my classmates and yeah, I find this the only way to boost my energy to clear my mind to even, like, improved my mood. So the good thing is that the university offers, um ah, facility that the gene is very big from the university. Then you can go any time it offers a lot off course is like boot camp classes. Um, there they also have, like, a soccer field basketball field. Really, you have no excuse to not keep yourself mentally and physically in shape. Luckily, because my MBA class is super active, we usually organized soccer matches on there. Where we have some girls and guys playing is super super NYSE not only because it gives me, like, mentally, um, well, but also because we strength the relationship bonds with my classmates outside of the professional courses. We we laugh, we sweat together, we compete with each other, we celebrate the winner. Um, that will help me to keep myself motivated and strong during this program. MBA is gonna be very intense, but definitely there's ways that you can stay healthy on Bond. Yeah, I recommend you to keep your yourself in shape with some workout and team games.
