My college process and committing to SLC

So this is gonna be one of my videos where I'm just gonna sit down and talk to guys a little bit about difference, uh, different types of things, particularly this gonna be my experience of Sarah Lawrence start off. I'm going to talk a little bit about with my college process was like I was very, very set on having college. That would accommodate me because I had two very different ideas of what I wanted to study what I wanted to do. Specifically, I was very, very adamant about having a strong theater program on. My parents were very, very adamant about having a strong social sciences and humanities in science and natural science programs. I was looking for a school that would let me kind of explore and not have to not make me choose between one of two things or have to very set intuitive to very set different programs that I would have to do on DH, maybe even find a way to in court. Great, wanted to the other, or vice versa, and be able to really explore both of them simultaneously while learning about them independently. One thing that was really unique from the beginning was that with all the other colleges I was applying Teo, I, like, couldn't get in contact with my admissions counselor. It was really hard to contact them or find a time where they were free to talk to me one on one. Immediately after I had sent in my application that Sarah Lawrence, my admissions counselor, contacted me, e mailed me and was very responsive, very helpful. So we started getting in contact very early on about our certain types of things. Uh, I wass I was still like trying to persuade this person, so let me into the school. So I was sending in, like, extra things that I didn't really get a chance to send in into my common app or something like that. They were just taking all these like papers that I had done in high school that I was throwing at them. Like videos of me doing different theater things and all these things that I could think of, And I was like, Take this and take this, and they gladly took all of them. Then one day they called me, called me personally and it's congratulated me on my acceptance of Sarah Lawrence on DH. So we decided to commit that day and the rest is history.
