Um It is a very rigorous program, There's so much that you have to commit to in terms of time, you have a lot to read, it's very heavy on case studies, You work in groups 80 90% of the time. You're going to be very committed to the other people that are within your group, within your cohort because everyone, there's this interdependency, everyone relies on each other. Um and you are going to be in the company of some extremely talented people who just come from all walks of life and um different industries, different experiences that bring this awareness to you that it's just like, it's like gold and you've got to be ready to receive it, ready to give back, to collaborate, to contribute uh to their learning as well. So um you know, no matter what comes your way, keep pushing through, have that internal fortitude to get to the finish line because I promise you there are no words that can describe what that feeling is like when you're standing at the finish line with the rest of your cohort, having transform your entire life, your entire understanding um of what it is to be a leader and who you are as a person just through santa Clara's executive MBA program.
