Hi everyone, my name is shadow severe actually, an international student athletes studying here at ST Ambrose University. I came to ST Ambrose and the United States in 2017 to pursue my bachelor's of Science and exercise science and to pursue my slim career in 2017, the coach actually reached out to me and recruited me to come from them on what would be Ambrose, his first ever swim team. Ambrose did have a swim team like decades ago and um they were looking at bringing back a completely new team with a new program and a new coach and I was recruited and I loved what I saw about Ambrose. They had an amazing kinesiology program, an amazing kinesiology department, amazing professors that were super helpful and we were able to reach out to at any time the coach coach, ski who is the heads men's and women's from and diet coach was super super nice and he was amazing. I was pressing my bachelor's of Science and exercise science and kinesiology. I actually graduated with my bachelor's of Science and exercise science in May of 2021 and I chose to continue my journey at ST andrews University and I'm currently doing my Masters of Science and exercise physiology here. I am currently also a captain on the swim team and I had another year of eligibility. So I'm still actively competing and it is an amazing thing to be a part of a swim team here, about 50 60% of Ambrose this population uh, are actually student athletes. Um, competitiveness and harmony that we learn from being in a sport and being able to take that back to our time in our classrooms and to build our communities here at ST Andrews University, No..
